Yee Sang (鱼生), or "raw fish" salad, is a traditional Lunar New Year dish. It consists of thinly sliced raw fish, or vegan fish and various seasoned ingredients that diners toss together in a lively ritual for good luck. The salad is vibrant, intentional colour each carry specific auspicious meanings, contributing to the overall theme of prosperity and abundance for the coming year.

Kita Kuisine, we are offering two types of Yee Sang platter:

  • Homemade Beetroot-cured Salmon Yee Sang

  • Homemade “Tuna” Yee Sang (Vg, V)

All platters come with: Purple Daikon, Carrot, Green Papaya, Purple Cabbage, Pickled Pink Gingers, Pink Pomelo, Clementine, Coriander

Adding crunch: Crispy Pok Chui, Fried Yam Strips, (red & green), Roasted Almond Nibs, Toasted, White Sesame Seeds

Drizzle with: Homemade Golden Plum Sauce
