We’re back with another Min's Dinner Club, stepping through the doorway and into the heart of a Peranakan Nyonya kitchen. This is an exclusive dinner club where food is more than sustenance — it's a story on a plate. A three-course feast crafted to tell the story of the Nyonya kitchen; applying classic cooking techniques, infused with fresh flavours. Chef Min will showcase how these traditional, time-honoured spices meet contemporary culinary artistry. Each dish is a masterpiece of colour and taste, designed to surprise and delight the palate.
